Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Cincinnati, OH, is hiring Insurance Sales Agents to identify customer needs and recommend a range of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products. You will build your book, earn renewal income, and access inbound leads via a custom Salesforce platform.

This in-office role requires 2+ years of sales experience, networking to generate your own leads, and an active Property & Casualty license (Life license preferred).

Qualifications

• In-office position; must reside within commutable distance from Cincinnati, OH.
• 2+ years of sales experience with meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property & Casualty license and Life license preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carrier/rater platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products across personal lines and small business.
• Liaise between clients and insurers, maintaining partnerships with company representatives and underwriters.
• Develop own leads through referrals from realtors, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, and AAA member referrals.
