Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Lexington, KY is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to develop and sell customized insurance programs for Personal Lines and Small Commercial clients. You will partner with the Account Management team to service new and existing clients and build a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach.

The role requires 1+ year of insurance sales experience and an active Property & Casualty license; proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in insurance sales with above-average results.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficient in MS Office suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop, present and sell customized insurance programs that meet the individual needs of Personal Lines and Small Commercial clients.
• Partner with assigned Account Management team, and provide service to new and existing clients
• Develop and manage an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, cold calling, networking, client referrals, and colleagues
