The Atlantic District in Virginia Beach is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to engage with the community, help families select policies, and build lasting relationships based on trust and integrity.

You will work with a team that values a positive, collaborative spirit, offers base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, PTO, and work-from-home flexibility while serving neighbors and local businesses.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Solid understanding of insurance products and local coverage needs.
• Strong comfort level with computers and CRM database navigation.
• Clear and articulate communication, in person and over the phone.
• Experience building and maintaining a client base through relationships.
• Life and Health insurance license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals and families through selecting policies that best protect their future.
• Proactively reach out to prospective clients to share the value of our agency.
• Review existing accounts to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Maintain records of interactions for personalized follow-up.
• Collaborate with the office to improve outreach and client retention.
• Represent the agency at local events to build a professional network in the Virginia Beach area.
