This role rewards relationship-building, community engagement, and thoughtful coverage design, backed by base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty license.
• 3+ years of experience in consultative sales or professional relationship management.
• Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and office productivity software.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain language.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active involvement in community organizations or local networking groups.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local residents and business owners to understand their unique protection needs.
• Craft personalized insurance programs that provide security and peace of mind for our clients.
• Foster lasting relationships by checking in regularly and being a consistent point of contact during life transitions.
• Review existing coverage plans to ensure they evolve alongside the changing lives of our policyholders.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community events throughout Virginia Beach to build meaningful connections.
• Manage your daily schedule to balance lead outreach with high-quality administrative follow-through.
