Canyon Creek Financial is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to guide local businesses in protecting their people and mentor new teammates with patience and purpose. You’ll manage your schedule, lead in-person outreach, and build meaningful client relationships.

The role offers autonomy with team support, a fast sales cycle, and a clear path to mentoring and training roles, with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Local travel required in Arizona.

Qualifications

• 1 year, minimum, of B2B sales experience or client-facing role
• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus (but not required)
• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally—no pushy tactics needed
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales
• State Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support and reimbursement provided)
