Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks motivated individuals for entry-level supplemental insurance sales. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to newcomers and seasoned professionals.

You will build relationships with business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, and grow a client portfolio across your territory. Responsibilities include lead generation via our Salesforce CRM, scheduling meetings, and visiting clients to understand insurance needs.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain) with study course provided and license fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CRM to generate clients and expand your network within the territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to management.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
