Job summary

Jason Anglin Agency | Farmers Insurance in Chesterfield, MI is seeking a motivated person for an Insurance Sales role. You will learn both sales and insurance, receive hands-on training, and work toward agency sales goals in a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

No prior insurance background is required; licensing is preferred or you can pursue licensing while on the job.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Motivated by goals, results and earnings potential.
• Active Michigan insurance licensing is preferred or willingness to obtain licensing.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up.
• Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business and other insurance products.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers; maintain an active pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and coverage; pursue agency sales goals.
