Qualifications

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus.
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
• Must be coachable.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be motivated and determined.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, present to clients, and close sales.
• Following up with hot leads and establishing client relationships.
• Follow up with clients as needed and identify sales opportunities.
• Understand prospect's needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services.
• Stay informed about competing products and services.
• Aim to achieve high sales targets.
• Have a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team.
