Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Professional and coachable with a drive to grow in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy features.
• Assist with quoting, policy changes, renewals, and account updates.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Follow up with leads, clients, and policyholders in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Support the team to deliver a strong client experience while pursuing sales goals.
• Continue learning product knowledge and agency processes.
