Job summary

Farmers Insurance in Denver is seeking motivated individuals to join our agency leadership and sales track. This role offers training, mentorship, and a real path to owning an agency, with Monday-Friday schedule (agency dependent).

You'll develop new business through networking and referrals, build relationships, and learn sales and client management from seasoned professionals. Compensation includes a base pay of 3–5k per month plus uncapped commissions, with monthly OTE of $10,000 or more.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.

• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses.
• Must live in or be able to commute to the Denver Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Build strong relationships with clients and help protect what matters most to them.
• Learn sales, business development, and client management skills from experienced agency professionals.
• Manage renewals and ongoing customer relationships.
• Work toward building your own book of business.
• Complete insurance licensing with study materials and support provided.
