The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a full‑time Insurance Sales role in Eau Claire, WI to help customers find insurance and financial solutions through community engagement and referrals. Base pay plus incentives and full benefits are offered, with ramp‑up income support during initial months and a $2,500 new agent incentive.

Responsibilities include driving sales, conducting reviews, servicing clients, and growing the branch portfolio while maintaining compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must qualify and maintain all applicable state licenses/appointments.
• Insurance experience is helpful but training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products and memberships within the branch.
• Conduct insurance reviews, quote, bind and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build rapport with members, respond to inquiries promptly, support customer satisfaction.
• Prospect locally, expand referrals, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
