The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring for a full-time Insurance Sales role at our Fort Wayne, IN branch. You will own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial solutions, building strong client relationships and driving referrals through local events.

We provide training, tools, and support to help you succeed, with ramp-up earnings and incentives. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some Saturday hours; on-site work in a fast-paced branch environment.

Competenze

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license (or ability to obtain)
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Must qualify and maintain state licenses/appointments for selling Auto Club Group products
• Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment is preferred

Mansioni

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products; generate new business and meet sales targets
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk, identify gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies
• Build rapport with members and clients, respond promptly to inquiries, and support customer satisfaction with the AAA brand
• Engage in local branch and community events to expand referrals and cross-sell opportunities
