AAA in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Associate to join our busy branch. You will sell and service insurance products, build relationships with members, and drive referrals through community engagement.

The role requires active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses (or obtain within 60 days). Training is provided; base pay plus incentive opportunities and full benefits are offered; some travel to events may be required.

Formación

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful—but not required. Training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products; generate new business and meet targets.
• Insurance Reviews & Policy Execution: Conduct reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with members, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Prospecting & Community Engagement: Engage in local events to prospect, expand referral networks, identify cross-sell opportunities.
