Job summary

Farmers Insurance District Office – Scottsdale & Greater Phoenix is looking for accomplished sales and business professionals to build, lead, and grow a diversified insurance practice in North Scottsdale and surrounding areas.

You will develop new business through referrals and local marketing, recruit and train a high-performing team, and use CRM, AI, and automation tools to scale revenue and retention. Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Develop new business through leads, referrals, networking, and local marketing
• Build long-term relationships with personal and commercial insurance customers
• Create referral partnerships with Realtors, mortgage professionals, financial professionals, business owners, auto dealers, and other local professionals
• Manage sales activity and performance goals
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team as the business grows

Requirements
