Farmers Insurance and District 88-19 provide the brand, training, technology, business-development resources, and ongoing support to help you build and scale a substantial insurance practice.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales or business development

Requirements

• Proven success in sales, business development, insurance, financial services, mortgage, real estate, automotive, or another performance-driven field
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and develop professional referral relationships
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working toward measurable goals
• Leadership ability and an interest in building and developing a team
• Strong business judgment and accountability
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing, and modern sales technology
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Arizona insurance licenses and company appointments
