You will recruit new distribution partners, expand existing producer relationships, support sales and enrollment strategies, and serve as a liaison between producers and the home office, with 30–50% travel.

This individual will be responsible for growing production across an assigned territory by developing relationships with worksite brokers, agents, enrollment firms, and benefit distributors. They will recruit new distribution partners, expand existing producer relationships, support sales and enrollment strategies, and serve as a liaison between producers and the home office. This person will also provide product training, assist with sales presentations, coordinate service requests, and leverage CRM tools to track activity and drive territory growth. This is a remote opportunity with 30%-50% travel throughout your assigned territory. Compensation includes a $70,000 base salary with $150,000 OTE, with top performers earning between $200,000-$500,000 annually.
