• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; recent graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; follow up on referral leads.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedules and report updates to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity at day end.
