Job summary

The Nathan Bowers Agency | Farmers Insurance in Holland, MI is hiring a full‑time sales professional. The role focuses on outbound calls, lead follow‑ups, referrals, and networking to generate new business.

You will educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance products, build a sales pipeline in the CRM, and pursue growth through cross‑selling and excellent service. We offer a base salary with uncapped commissions and bonuses, paid training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability and drive to meet targets
• Comfort with outbound calling and follow-ups
• Ability to present insurance options clearly to clients
• Willingness to obtain required Property & Casualty license
• Bilingual is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and networking
• Identify client needs and present Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions
• Prepare quotes and guide clients to close sales
• Build a strong sales pipeline using the CRM
