Job summary

The Nathan Bowers Agency in Holland, MI is seeking a motivated sales professional for a full-time role with a hybrid schedule. Earn base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with training and mentorship provided.

You will generate new business, present insurance solutions, and develop lasting client relationships across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines. Prior sales or customer service help is welcome, and a Property & Casualty license is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and close sales.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
• Bilingual is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, and networking.
• Identify customer needs and present personalized insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance products.
• Prepare quotes and confidently ask for the sale.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using our CRM.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Work toward agency sales goals and develop lasting relationships.
