Job summary

The Nathan Bowers Agency | Farmers Insurance in Holland, MI is hiring a full‑time sales professional. The role focuses on outbound calls, lead follow‑ups, referrals, and networking to generate new business.

You will educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance products, build a sales pipeline in the CRM, and pursue growth through cross‑selling and excellent service. We offer a base salary with uncapped commissions and bonuses, paid training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability and drive to meet targets
• Comfort with outbound calling and follow-ups
• Ability to present insurance options clearly to clients
• Willingness to obtain required Property & Casualty license
• Bilingual is a plus but not required

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, and networking

• Connect with prospective customers, identify their needs, and present personalized insurance solutions

• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance products

• Prepare quotes, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using our CRM system

• Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers

• Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Develop lasting customer relationships that support referrals and continued growth

• Brings previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred, not required)

• Can stay organized, manage multiple prospects, and consistently follow through

• Currently holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License

• Is bilingual (a plus, but not required)
