Average first-year total compensation ranges from $52,000 to $125,000, with a base salary of $37,000 to $52,000. There is no cap on earnings, and licensing training is provided if needed.

Location: Craig County office in New Castle, Virginia

Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is looking for a driven, community-rooted Insurance Sales Agent for our Craig County office in New Castle. You'll help your neighbors protect their homes, land and livelihoods. Your earnings will grow with the relationships you build.

Average First-Year Total Compensation $52,000 - $125,000 (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary $37,000 - $52,000 (dependent upon location and established book of business)

These are real average first-year earnings across our agency network. Total compensation includes base salary, commissions and performance-based earnings, so how much you make depends on your effort and the relationships you build with members. There is no cap on what you can earn.
