Job summary

Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a driven, community-rooted Insurance Sales Agent to join our Rustburg team serving Campbell County. You’ll help neighbors protect homes, land and livelihoods while earning a growing income through base salary, commissions and performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with community members and organizations to understand their insurance needs.

• Pursue licensing and training with support from the agency team.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through commissions and performance-based earnings.

Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is looking for a driven, community-rooted Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Rustburg and serve Campbell County. You’ll help your neighbors protect their homes, land and livelihoods. Your earnings will grow with the relationships you build.

Your Earning Potential: No Ceiling

Average First-Year Total Compensation$52,000 – $125,000 (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary$37,000 – $52,000 (dependent upon location and established book of business)

These are real average first-year earnings across our agency network. Total compensation includes base salary, commissions and performance-based earnings, so how much you make depends on your effort and the relationships you build with members. There is no cap on what you can earn.
