Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is looking for a driven, community-rooted, full-time Insurance Sales Agent for our Albemarle County office. You’ll service existing accounts and grow new business in the surrounding area, helping your neighbors protect their homes, land and livelihoods.

Average First-Year Total Compensation $52,000 – $125,000 (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary $37,000 – $52,000 (dependent upon location and established book of business)

These are real average first-year earnings across our agency network. Total compensation includes base salary, commissions and performance-based earnings, so how much you make depends on your effort and the relationships you build with members. There is no cap on what you can earn.
