You will prospect, assess client needs, sell and service personal and commercial policies, and build lasting relationships to drive retention and renewals.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Property & Casualty license; Life license is a bonus.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet sales goals.
• Proficiency with CRM and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend coverage options.
• Sell and service personal and/or commercial insurance policies.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive retention and renewals.
• Process policy applications, endorsements, and changes accurately and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals.
• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations.
