Michelle Hayes Thomas Insurance Agency in Memphis, TN is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team and help clients protect what matters most. You’ll build relationships, assess coverage needs, and secure competitive commissions in a supportive environment.

You will prospect leads, consult with clients, sell personal and commercial policies, and stay current on products, trends, and regulations to meet sales targets and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Property & Casualty license; Life license are a bonus.
• Experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
