Michelle Hayes Thomas Insurance Agency in Memphis, TN is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to help clients protect what matters most while earning competitive commissions in a supportive environment.

You will prospect, assess client needs, sell and service personal and commercial policies, and build lasting relationships to drive retention and renewals.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Property & Casualty license; Life license is a bonus.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet sales goals.
• Proficiency with CRM and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
