Based in Michigan, this on-site opportunity features base salary, licensing assistance, and a supportive, team-oriented culture. First-year earnings potential ranges from $60,000 to $90,000+ with monthly and annual bonuses, plus ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 1–3 years of insurance, retail, marketing or direct sales experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and drive.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Generate new business and grow the agency’s client base
• Customize policies to fit individual and family needs
• Provide excellent customer service by managing accounts and resolving inquiries
