The Kampfer Agency in Franklin, TN is seeking an energetic sales professional to grow a personal book of business. You will receive warm leads and opportunities to develop new client relationships through local events and referrals, following our proven systems and sales process.

You’ll run quotes, recommend home, auto, life, and other Allstate products, and cross-sell to deepen relationships with existing clients. A Tennessee license or plan to obtain it within 30 days is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have Tennessee Property & Casualty license or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in insurance or relationship-driven sales is preferred.
• Strong prospecting, presenting, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to build a book of business through warm leads and networking.

The Kampfer Agency is a family-owned, locally run Allstate agency serving Franklin, Brentwood, and Williamson County. We sponsor local schools and kids' sports, and we partner with local Realtors and lenders who trust us with their clients. We're not a call center. We're your neighbors, and we're growing.

THE ROLE

This is a true sales role for someone who loves building relationships. We'll hand you warm leads (online quote requests, partner referrals, community connections), and you'll grow your own book of new business on top of them through your network, local events, and referrals, following our proven systems and sales process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work warm leads quickly and turn quotes into policies
• Prospect through your network, referrals, community events, and partner relationships
• Run quotes and recommend home, auto, life, and other Allstate products
• Cross-sell and bundle to deepen customer relationships
• Provide fast homeowners quotes for Realtor and lender referrals
• Set goals with James and track your results

WHAT YOU BRING

• Sales ability: prospecting, presenting, and closing
• Comfort with cold calls and learning new software and CRMs
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• A self-motivated, goal-driven mindset
• A Tennessee Property & Casualty license, or willingness to get licensed within 30 days of hire (we'll give you the steps and support)
• Preferred: sales experience in insurance, mortgage, real estate, or another relationship-driven industry, and a network in Williamson County
