Job summary

Farmers Insurance - District 46 is seeking motivated professionals for a paid development role that trains you in insurance sales and client portfolio management. You will learn to evaluate coverage needs, recommend solutions, and build relationships with customers while gaining on-the-job licensing support.

No prior insurance experience is required. You'll benefit from hands-on training, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for career growth as you progress through licensing and agency

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or related roles preferred.
• Strong communication, professional attitude, follow-through, and willingness to learn.
• Insurance licensing training and licensing support provided.
• No prior insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete required insurance licensing and training
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Recommend insurance solutions based on individual needs
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Manage follow-up throughout the sales process
• Maintain and grow customer accounts
• Support retention and cross-selling efforts
• Track progress toward sales and development goals
• Learn agency operations and client portfolio management
