Farmers District 46 seeks a sales-driven professional to assist customers with insurance needs, sell products, and manage a client book. Insurance experience is not required; Farmers offers paid licensing, training conferences, and growth opportunities.

Meet with clients by phone or in person to grow home, auto, commercial, life and other lines, building long-term relationships and delivering tailored proposals. Training and support underpin a clear path to owning an agency within a year.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options including auto, home, life, business, and other lines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals, policy changes, and claims promptly and accurately.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and agency goals.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
