Farmers Insurance - District 46 is seeking a sales-driven agent to assist customers with their insurance needs, sell insurance and manage a client book of business. Insurance experience is not required, Farmers Insurance offers training and paid licensing, conferences and partnerships with an experienced Agent.

You will meet with customers over the phone or in person, assisting with home, auto, life, commercial and more as you grow your client book with uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Provide expert insurance guidance across auto, home, life and business lines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and advise on coverage needs.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and handle policy changes promptly.

• Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options, including auto, home, life, business, and other specialty lines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, policy changes, claims, and other customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and agency goals
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
