The role includes extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, and business development, with uncapped commissions and an opportunity for a President’s Club trip based on performance.

Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam after hire
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales or related college major

Responsibilities

• Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with professionals from real estate and mortgage industries.
• Work with clients to understand insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk
