The ideal candidate has an active insurance license, strong communication and negotiation skills, and an interest in professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license required.
• Advanced education degrees preferred.
• Experience in insurance sales or risk assessment beneficial.
• Professional designations CPCU, ARM or CIC preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales process: prepare proposals, design prospect programs, assess client needs.
• Provide consultative risk guidance and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Client management: maintain regular touchpoints and advocate for claims.
• Pipeline management: develop relationships and obtain referrals.
