Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance terminology.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
• Manage new business applications, renewals, and endorsements; review policy accuracy.
• Assist producers with proposals and marketing for new/renewal accounts.
• Maintain client records in the agency management system and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze client exposures and recommend insurance solutions.
