Job summary

Conrade Insurance Group is seeking an Account Manager to service a portfolio of clients in the Newton/Wichita offices. You will handle enrollments, changes, and education on benefits while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

Travel to employer sites for servicing and education, maintain compliance, and mentor junior staff. A year in insurance or 60 college hours is expected; license within 3–6 months is required if not held already.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a work insurance setting or 60 hours of college coursework.
• Accident & Health insurance license required within 3–6 months of hire, unless already licensed.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely servicing of an assigned group of clients and their employees.
• Process enrollments, terminations, benefits changes, salary, and address changes as needed.
• Research and correct enrollment discrepancies and process retroactive changes.
• Manage individual workload and follow through on assignments effectively and on time.
• Support Employee Benefits Consultants during open enrollment and beyond, educating clients about coverage.
