Key Responsibilities

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking clients with insurance questions, policy information, and service requests.

• Support policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and general account maintenance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $56,000 per year.
• Job Type: Direct Hire.
• Location: Torrance, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) License is a plus.
• Candidates without a P&C License are encouraged to apply Licensing reimbursement is available after hire. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and managing client information accurately.
