Responsibilities

• Business Development: develop relationships with prospective and existing clients, uncover hiring needs, market candidates, generate new searches and convert conversations into business.
• Recruiting: identify and recruit insurance professionals, manage interviews and close placements.
• Relationship Building: become a trusted recruiting resource for clients and candidates over time.
• Pipeline Development: consistently prospect, follow up and create opportunities; build a personal business pipeline.
