• 8+ years of staffing sales, business development, or full-desk recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated by growth and uncapped earnings.
• Experience in finance and accounting staffing is preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in project staffing and permanent placement.
• Build relationships with clients, prospects, and referral networks.
• Partner with professionals to uncover cross-selling opportunities across services.
• Represent the firm in the marketplace through networking and events.
