Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information.

• Follow up on leads to schedule appointments for agents.
• Provide initial information and answer questions about insurance options.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and interactions with compliance guidance.
