Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years' experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Knowledge of EGHP, COBRA, Medicare, Medicaid, Medigaps, VA Health Plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Insurance Coordinators and ensure performance standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ICs.
• Review data reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate monthly regional data and escalate issues as needed.
• Drive process improvements for IC program effectiveness.
