Responsibilities

• Support building/property inspections by validating information.
• Communicate inspection findings to stakeholders within service standards.
• Develop understanding of agency management, product distribution, claims, underwriting, risk management.
• Communicate professionally with customers, internal teams, agents and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Claims, Product, Underwriting and other units.
• Support process improvements and provide leadership feedback.
• Assist with product and operational enhancements.
• Provide coverage during peak periods or absences to maintain continuity.
• Maintain accurate records and complete activities within required timelines.
