The role involves coordinating with sales, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely follow-ups with clients on payments and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of life/general/health insurance processes, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of insurance processes (life/general/health).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational activities of the insurance division.
• Process insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and claims efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client policies, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and claims teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for premium payments, renewals, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and policy schedules.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI).
• Support management in audits, reconciliations, and other operational tasks.
