Job summary

Davies is seeking a Senior Insurance Product Manager to shape our insurance product portfolio across claims, underwriting, and policy lifecycle solutions. You will partner with the Insurance Industry Lead and the Director of Product to execute a comprehensive portfolio aligned with Consulting and Technology goals.

Qualifications

• Insurance domain expertise essential with knowledge of claims, underwriting, policy administration and regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory and compliance awareness for UK and international regulations (e.g., FCA, data protection, auditability).
• Extensive experience as a product manager across ideation, development and go-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, aligning with the Consulting and Technology strategy.
• Develop Insurance business strategy into repeatable products with a clear roadmap.
• Own and communicate a product roadmap with key features, enhancements and releases.
• Collaborate with development, design, marketing and commercial teams to drive success.
• Perform market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the product budget, track performance, and ensure revenue and cost targets.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach with insurers, brokers, MGAs and claims teams.
• Plan and execute product launches with GTM strategies, collateral, and training materials.
• Define KPIs and drive data-informed decision making.
