Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Product Manager for Insurance Services to own the product roadmap, prioritize the Agile backlog, and drive release planning.

You will partner with Architecture, Engineering, Delivery, and Sales to translate customer needs into scalable API-driven capabilities and cloud-enabled solutions across Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty, and Specialty Insurance. This role emphasizes discovery, stakeholder alignment, and marketplace differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong track record managing roadmaps, backlogs, release plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Insurance Services product roadmap and Agile backlog.
• Translate customer requirements into features, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead customer discovery, workshops, and solution definition.
• Facilitate user story mapping, journey mapping, and process modeling.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering on APIs, microservices, and cloud integrations.
• Define requirements for APIs, integrations, and reusable services.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and priorities across initiatives.
• Support go-to-market activities and customer engagements.
