Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interprets and translates product strategy into an actionable, value-based roadmap.
• Owns end-to-end value delivery at the program level with cross-functional collaboration.
• Acts as chief customer advocate, gathering needs and embedding outcomes in product vision.
• Conducts market and competitive research and applies findings to product initiatives.
• Directs data collection and analysis to inform decisions and measure business value.
• Leads development of a product mindset and guides a team of Product Owners.
• Manages and prioritizes the program backlog with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrates business value to leadership and ensures program-level continuous improvement.
• Manages inter- and intra-program dependencies and communicates impacts.
• Measures outcomes and provides status reporting at the program level.
