• Experience with agile development lifecycles and refining requirements
• Ability to coach and develop a team of Product Owners
• Experience with regulated products and governance

Responsibilities

• Interprets and translates product strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap
• Owns end-to-end value delivery at the program level
• Acts as chief customer advocate and proxy to understand needs
• Conducts market and competitive research and informs product initiatives
• Guides data collection and analysis for informed decision making
• Leads creation of a product mindset across the program
• Manages and prioritizes the program backlog with Product Owners
• Aligns demonstration of business value with stakeholders
• Manages inter- and intra-program dependencies
• Measures, tracks, and communicates outcomes at the program level
