You will coordinate cross-functional teams across client and vendor ecosystems, applying Agile, SAFe, and DevOps with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting or insurance.
• Five+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance transformations.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements and multidisciplinary teams across life and annuity transformations.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and client stakeholder alignment.
• Translate objectives into delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate client, EY, and vendor teams to maintain delivery alignment.
• Apply Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and release management practices per engagement needs.
