Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead life, annuity, and group insurance transformation engagements, collaborating with client and vendor teams to deliver measurable outcomes across platforms.

The role requires 6–10+ years of relevant experience, strong executive communication, and travel up to 50%. EY offers a comprehensive package including medical/dental, 401(k), and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–10+ years of experience in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.
• Eight+ years in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multi-vendor delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Translate objectives into delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate client, EY, platform vendors, and SI teams to maintain alignment.
• Provide strategic insights to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Oversee governance, milestones, and risk management.
