Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 8+ years in consulting, insurance, financial services tech, or enterprise transformation.
• At least 5 years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes.
• Translate client objectives into delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate multi-vendor teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Oversee end-to-end platform transformation including policy administration, billing, and servicing.
