Job summary

The Juris Agency in Pennsylvania is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage an established book, assist clients with insurance needs, and write new policies across multiple carriers.

You will cross-sell, quote, and maintain client relationships, serving as the liaison between clients and carriers. A PA P&C license and strong communication skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience working in an independent insurance agency.
• A Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license in good standing.
• High level customer service skills including being a great listener, responsive, efficient, and well-spoken.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and unexpected issues graciously and with effective time management.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of established personal lines business.
• Help clients with their insurance needs honestly and with their best interests in mind.
• Cross-sell and write new policies for customers.
• Quote, write, and re-write personal lines policies with multiple companies.
• Serve as the Personal Lines link between the company, clients/prospects and the carriers.
